I came into contact with NLC through my manager at the time. We worked with NLC and Therese in group development and individual leadership development of employees. 

I chose to work with Therese mainly for her responsiveness to my needs and those of my team. In addition, because she focused on the right things within the programs carried out in my team. 

I appreciated the collaboration mainly because we worked on the material together. Therese had prepared a first draft that we used as a starting point, which saved a lot of time in the finalization. 

The results we experienced were that the programs helped the group. This, among other things, by understanding each other better and clarifying the group's purpose.
