My collaboration with NLC started when my boss at the time took the initiative. This after he himself had worked with Therése, as a leadership coach. I had a desire to develop and challenge myself and my leadership.
The collaboration began with a meeting where NLC presented its approach to collaboration and program implementation. A meeting was then booked between me, my boss and the coach, Therése, where expectations and goals were set.
The implementation of the training alternated between physical meetings and Skype, between the meetings I worked on tasks and my own training. The result came as soon as I started training and thinking about development independently. I looked forward to the meets and with good motivation I trained a lot between the meets. I quickly realized that only I can create this change, no one can do it for me. NLC gave me the tools, I was responsible for the training that led to development?
