DANIEL ISGREN, PROJECT MANAGER V&A DISTRICT UPPSALA/GÄVLEBORG says
My collaboration with NLC started when my former boss took the initiative. This was after he himself had worked with Therése, a leadership coach. I had a desire to develop and challenge myself and my leadership.
The collaboration began with a meeting where NLC presented their approach to collaboration and program implementation. Afterwards, a meeting was scheduled between me, my boss, and the coach, Therése, where expectations and goals were established.
The training was carried out through a combination of physical meetings and Skype sessions. Between the meetings, I worked on assignments and personal training. The results came quickly once I started training and thinking about development on my own. I looked forward to the meetings and with good motivation, I trained a lot between them. I quickly realized that I was the only one who could create this change, no one could do it for me. NLC provided me with the tools, but I had to take responsibility for the training that led to my own development...
Where there's a will, there's a way! NLC provided me with the tools and at the same time put pressure on me to train/work on myself. Without Therese, I wouldn't be where I am today. Thank you!
