I wanted to give myself and my management team some help on the way in the noble art? leadership. Through referral I came into contact with NLC and Therese. My point of view is that there is always a need for continuous training and development for individuals and groups in companies. External support, which respects the culture and the value base, can provide the opportunity for expanded perspectives that are useful for the organization and the companies.

We started the collaboration by dialing in my target image, then NLC put together a proposal for a development package including a timetable. As a customer, I had time to reflect on the NLC proposal, I liked that! My experience is that NLC is very interested and responsive to the wishes and needs that I put forward as a customer.

The program began with theory about the Extended DISC tool followed by individual feedback for each management team participant. The aim was to develop our management team by using our different qualities in the best way as a group. This is to lead the company and our business to be even better together.

After that, individual leadership development for each member of the management team began through personal meetings with Therése.

In my 25 years as a leader, I have never experienced a stronger tool and the power of influence that can be found in the tool when you really want to make a change in yourself as well as in your surroundings.
I feel that we, as a management team, make completely different demands on both ourselves and the environment in the company. With these new insights, one is not satisfied with anything less than that we must do each matter much better than what was the case before the NLC training. The individual 121 conversations, with Therése, were felt to be shaken and the effect had probably not occurred in a larger group. We will, regardless of NLC's continued participation or not, continue to work with the NLC program on an individual basis as well as at the management group level.

To lead others you need to have self-awareness and the competence to lead yourself, at least it will not be good at all or as good as it could be if you use this method! I recommend NLC if you on ?really? want to create development and change, this is a ?real education? which provides more than a few cool new leadership words and is of genuine interest I highly recommend NLC and their development program.?

The IL program was an experience! It's incredible that after talking to Therése for a little while, she was able to make a profile of me so quickly that matched who I really am. It felt like Therese had known me all my life.
