I have participated in the Nordic Leadership Centre's tailored leadership program, me and my team have also done the Extended DISC profile analysis workshop together with Therése.

The DISC analysis has been a fantastic tool for me and us as a team, as it increased the understanding that we are different and how we can best communicate based on that. Furthermore, this has led to motivation, commitment, increased sales and better cohesion in the group.
