I chose to hire the Nordic Leadership Center to further challenge myself and my leadership. I believe in a personal leadership that is always changing depending on where you are in life, people you meet and the company culture you operate in.

The individual leadership program has given me new insights into how I function in different situations and a deeper understanding of my own motivational factors, strengths and weaknesses. With self-examination and an open mind for change, good leadership skills are developed and maintained with the aim of helping both employees and businesses to achieve new results.
