Arrangement
We will conduct a Gap analysis together with the client, and then customize the lecture/workshop according to the level of maturity. The lecture/workshop will include both theory and practice. Several inspiring exercises will have far-reaching and positive effects on how you think and act regarding strategy and tactics, and especially in the work of developing a strategy and tactics plan for your company/organization to follow.
