Leadership to create personal responsibility14 October, 2021
Gråtruten's leadership Who are the leaders of the next generation of employees? In my opinion, it is primarily the parents who should take on the responsibility of leadership for the individuals they have decided to bring into the world, alternatively chosen to adopt. Uplifting leadership through improved communication9 May, 2021
Do we people in management and leadership positions have the right to point out how people, or other beings for that matter, should and shouldn't be? I sometimes react to how people in various leadership positions express themselves and I meet a lot of people who feel depressed by feedback they receive or have received from recruiters, managers, leaders, coaches, etc. I am in no way saying that I am perfect in my way of being and expressing myself. What I say, act and send out, and how it is interpreted by the receiver is as vast as mother earth. Personally, I feel that it is a constant training to achieve a high degree of competence in communication (words, body and energy).
Look about your own house30 March, 2020
"The difficult thing about being a leader is not putting out fires, but ensuring that all resources in the company train themselves to be strong in their positions. They train themselves to be strong by doing things themselves and learning from their mistakes. Mentorship is not running around and doing things for others, but letting others share in their competence and then doing it themselves, and through that getting their own competence. As a leader, you must be responsible for creating the conditions and then have the courage to let the resources themselves develop through your own doing.”
